Summary

The LaserFiche Client\Standalone can become unstable when viewing a text page that contains more than 65,532 characters.

Resolution

Install LaserFiche Client, Desktop, Executive, Intuition, MinuteFile, Notebook, Personal Edition, Plus, or Viewer version 6.03 or higher.

Network Installations: Install LaserFiche Server version 6.03 or higher.

More Information

After upgrading LaserFiche, it will only display text pages containing up to 30,000 characters. All characters that exceed the limit will not be displayed. Additionally, any attempt to edit a text page that contains more than 30,000 characters will generate a warning and the user will not be allowed to proceed.
