Audit Trail 6

Summary

After installing Audit Trail 6.1, when loading the LOGIN.jsp page, the header images do not load and you see the standard red x symbol that appears when an image cannot be loaded.

Workaround

To resolve this issue, stop the Audit Trail Monitor service, remove the Work folder, and restart the service.

To stop the Audit Trail Monitor service:

  1. Click Start and then click Control Panel.
  2. Double-click Administrative Tools.
  3. Double-click Services.
  4. Scroll down and click LaserFiche Audit Trail Monitor.
  5. From the Action menu, click Stop.

To remove the Work folder:

  1. Browse to the folder where you installed Audit Trail.
  2. In the Audit Trail installation folder, there should be a folder named "Work." Delete this folder.

To start the Audit Trail Monitor service:

  1. Click Start and then click Control Panel.
  2. Double-click Administrative Tools.
  3. Double-click Services.
  4. Scroll down and click LaserFiche Audit Trail Monitor.
  5. From the Action menu, click Start.

After restarting the service, try loading up the Audit Trail Monitor login page. The header images should now load correctly and Audit Trail will automatically recreate the Work folder.
