Summary

A multi-page TIFF file containing more than 4096 pages cannot be imported into a LaserFiche database. The import silently fails without returning an error message.

Resolution

Upgrade to LaserFiche 6.11 to resolve this limitation. LaserFiche 6.11 can import multi-page TIFF files with up to 46,656 pages.
