Summary

When processing multiple documents with OCR, the pages in a single document may be skipped. When this occurs, the following document will be processed correctly.

Cause

As a fix to address other OCR issues, LaserFiche 6.1 restarts the OCR process after 40 pages. If the restart happens between pages of the same document and not between new documents, OCR engine properties are reset. This causes the OCR engine to skip the rest of the pages of that document.

Resolution

Upgrade to LaserFiche 6.11 to resolve this issue.
