Summary

On Windows Server 2003, electronic files larger than 4 MB cannot be downloaded.

Cause

Under Internet Information Services (IIS) 6.0, an ASP page can write a default maximum value of 4 MB to the response buffer. This effectively limits an ASP page from downloading files greater than 4 MB.

Resolution

Upgrade to WebLink 6.15 to change this default limit. With WebLink 6.15, there is no longer a size limit for downloading electronic files.
