Summary

When downloading a PDF document, images may be incorrectly sized.

Cause

PDFs created from WebLink use the dimensions corresponding to the final page in the PDF file. This causes an issue when creating PDFs based on images that have different dimensions. Some images are cut off or expanded depending on whether the image is larger or smaller than the final page in the PDF. This issue becomes more noticeable when creating a PDF from pages in different orientations (portrait vs. landscape).

Resolution

Upgrade to LaserFiche WebLink 6.15 to resolve this issue. PDFs generated by WebLink will now respect the original dimensions for each image.
