Summary

When you open the LaserFiche Client, you may receive the following error message:

Invalid Page Fault in Module [Unknown]

Cause

This may be caused by a networking issue.

Resolution

Edit the LF.ini files to disable thunking. See the More Information section for information on the location of the LF.ini files for your operating system.

To edit the LF.ini files to disable thunking:

1. From a text editor, open the LF.ini files.
2. Locate the [Options] section. Add the following line:

   Thunk=0

3. Save and close the LF.ini file.
