Summary

When the MSSQL$LASERFICHE service first starts, you may receive the following warning in the Microsoft Windows Application Event Viewer Log:

    The description for Event ID (19011) in Source (MSSQL$LASERFICHE) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following information is part of the event: (SpnRegister): Error 1355.

LaserFiche performs normally, but this warning may regularly appear in the Windows Application Event Viewer. Microsoft states that this is not an error message, but a warning that SQL Server is using NTLM authentication instead of Kerberos.
