Documents will still be printed in portrait mode even if the landscape option is enabled. This article details a workaround to enable Snapshot to print in landscape mode.

Workaround

Edit your print preferences to print in landscape mode.

To print in landscape mode:

1. From the Print dialog box, click the LaserFiche Snapshot printer.
2. Click on Preferences.
3. Select Variable Paper Size from the Paper drop-down list.
4. Modify the Paper width and Paper height edit boxes to the desired values.
5. Click OK.
6. Click Print.

This issue is caused by a problem with the Black Ice printer driver shipped with Snapshot 6.
