When multiple workstations simultaneously import the same type of electronic file to the same volume, the file imported from one workstation could sometimes overwrite the file imported by another workstation.

Install LaserFiche Client, Desktop, Executive, Intuition, Notebook, or Plus version 6.03 or higher.
Additionally, install LaserFiche Server version 6.03 or higher.

Electronic documents affected by this issue would share the same electronic file. Deleting one of the electronic documents would prevent the other electronic document from opening the electronic file.
