The LaserFiche Viewer Does Not Work Immediately After Installation.

Summary

Upon the completion of the LaserFiche Viewer installation, users are not prompted to restart the computer. This could cause an error to occur when trying to load the LaserFiche Viewer. After manually restarting the computer, the LaserFiche Viewer will load properly.

Resolution

Install LaserFiche Viewer version 6.03 or higher.

Note: If you do not wish to upgrade LaserFiche, then you should refer to the workaround.

This issue was initially fixed in version 6.02.

Workaround

Restart computer after installing the LaserFiche Viewer.
