Summary

A document will not be sent to a LaserFiche database when the destination folder already contains a folder or a batch with the same name.

Cause

This issue occurs when the document class that created the affected document is configured to prepend, append, or replace images when a folder or batch with the same name is found.

Workaround

Perform one of the following suggestions:

• Prior to storing the document in the database, choose a different document name.
• Rename the existing folder or batch.
