Summary

You cannot browse to a shared folder when looking for a folder to be monitored. In the Create\Edit Monitored Directory dialog box, clicking the Browse button (...) allows you to browse for the desired folder. However, you will be unable to view or select shared folders.

Workaround

In the Look for files in this folder text box, type the UNC path to the shared folder.
