Summary

If the group(s) to which a user belongs does not have rights to a folder for which the user has inherited rights, then access would be denied to the folder.

Resolution

Install LaserFiche Client, Desktop, Executive, Intuition, MinuteFile, Notebook, Personal Edition, Plus, or Viewer version 6.03 or higher.

Network Installations: Install LaserFiche Server version 6.03 or higher.

More Information

A side effect of this issue is that when such a situation occurs for the root folder, then the affected users will not be allowed to log into the database.

This issue was initially fixed in version 6.02.
