Summary
Exporting and then attaching a volume could modify the order in which fields appear in an index card template. Inserted fields will be appended to the final position of the index card template.
Resolution
Before exporting the affected volume, install LaserFiche Client, Desktop, Executive, Intuition, MinuteFile, Notebook, Personal Edition, or Plus version 6.03 or higher.
Network Installations: Install LaserFiche Server version 6.03 or higher.
More Information
This issue only affects index card templates modified after they were created. Attaching a volume containing an index card template to which fields were inserted would create an additional index card template in the database. This occurs because the order of the fields in the index card template (volume) no longer matches the original index card template.
This issue was initially fixed in version 6.01.
