Summary

An electronic document whose name contains an unsupported Windows file name character (i.e. \, /, :, etc...) cannot be exported from LaserFiche.

Resolution

Install LaserFiche Client, Desktop, Executive, Intuition, MinuteFile, Notebook, Personal Edition, Plus, or Viewer version 6.03 or higher.

Network Installations: Install LaserFiche Server version 6.03 or higher.

More Information

Although electronic documents with invalid file names can now be exported, any unsupported characters in the document name will be replaced by underscores when the name is displayed in the Save As dialog box.

This issue was initially fixed in version 6.01.
