Summary

The Zone OCR add-on will only extract text from the first line found in a specified region. Text that appears after the first recognized line of text in the region will be ignored.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in Quick Fields 6.2. International Zone OCR is now able to extract all lines of text in the selected region. The International Zone OCR process contains a Line Retrieval setting. Under this setting, select the Retrieve one line check box to only extract the first line found in the region. Clear the Retrieve one line check box to extract all text found in the region.
