Summary

Laserfiche WebLink has a default limit of 75 pages for PDF downloads.

Workaround

Edit the WebLink SETTINGS.inc file to change the download limit.

To change the PDF download limit:

1. From a text editor, open the SETTINGS.inc file. This file can be found in the C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\WebLink\ASPs folder.
2. Look for a line that states, "Const PDF_LIMIT = 75". Modify the value to the desired PDF page limit.
3. Save the SETTINGS.inc file.

Note: When configuring the PDF download limit, you should keep in mind that WebLink has a total PDF download limit of 1000 pages. If a document contains more than 1000 pages and you wish to download the document in PDF format, then you must download the PDF version of the document in portions until you have the complete document. Each portion should contain less pages than the PDF limit or 1000 pages (whichever is smaller).

More Information

The constant PDF_LIMIT should not exceed 1000. Setting PDF_LIMIT past this limit may cause the Laserfiche Server to become unstable.
