Summary

The creation and modified date would be offset by a predefined number of hours.

Resolution

Install LaserFiche Client, Desktop, Executive, Intuition, MinuteFile, Notebook, Personal Edition, Plus, or Viewer version 6.03 or higher.

Network Installations: Install LaserFiche Server version 6.03 or higher.

Note: If you do not wish to upgrade, please see the workaround.

Workaround

Set the TZ environment system variable to the correct time zone for your particular region. For example, if your time zone pertains to Pacific Standard Time, then you should set the system variable to TZ=PST8PDT.

The number of hours by which the creation and modification date would be offset was determined by the time zone set on the computer hosting the LaserFiche server engine.

This issue was initially fixed in version 6.01.
